Join us at the Rathmore Club on Sunday 12th October, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm for Learn to Play Day, part of the UK charity Music for All’s flagship annual event.This free event aims to inspire new and lapsed musicians to engage with music-making. As part of this nationwide celebration, we’ll be offering free taster lessons on a variety of Irish instruments, including the tin whistle, fiddle, flute, bodhrán, uilleann pipes, plus demos of other instruments including mandolin, banjo and harp.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve, come along to try your hand at these instruments and experience the joy of Irish traditional music.
It’s a perfect opportunity for all ages and abilities to get involved, make music, and be part of the local music community.
