This relaxed and social run will be approximately 2.5 hours, with a mixture of hiking and running (10 min bursts). The terrain will be mostly mucky and stoney mountain tracks and trails with some forest roads. The route will bring runners through the Glendasan Valley on St. Kevin's Way, to Camaderry East Top.
Distance/Height Gain: 12k/700m (approx)
* For our Improver level trail runs we recommend the ability to run at least 8k continuously.
Required Kit:
- Trail runners (no road runners please)
- Coat, hat and gloves
- Pack with food and water
