Conference Details
Dates: Starts with lunch at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 10, and ends at noon Friday, April 11.
Location: The Westgate Hotel, 1055 Second Ave., San Diego, CA 92101 (about 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport).
Registration
Fee: $399, which includes lunch and dinner on Thursday, breakfast on Friday, and snacks during breaks.

Deadline: Register or request a refund by April 4, 2025.
Hotel Reservations
Special Rate: $249/night (+ taxes/fees) if booked by March 28, 2025.
Booking: Reserve early as rooms at this rate are limited. Use the Cal Supts Conference Booking Link or call (800) 522-1564 and ask for the “CA City Superintendent Conference Block.”
Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty if you notify the hotel 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge your credit card for the room and tax.
Additional Info: Rooms are subject to local taxes and tourism fees. Complimentary in-room WiFi is available.
