Susan is a Therapeutic Musician who will provide intuitive guitar strumming and other sounds to guide you into deeper relaxation. A truly magical dual experience where the sound will be present all around you, easing your body towards deeper release. The seated/reclining yoga poses will be supported with props so that you can feel held and warm and safe, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. The music will allow your mind to just drift away! The workshop will end with a half hour yoga Nidra, to send you even deeper into relaxation, leaving you ready and refreshed for 2026!
