Learn the power of breathwork for managing stress and regulating the nervous system. We will discuss what stress is, its physiological and psychological impacts, and the science behind the stress response. You will learn 6 different stress-reducing breathwork practices and the science of how to breathe for stress management. We will practice together, and participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and insights. We will also talk about the benefits of positive emotions, gratitude, and the healing properties of being in a state of coherence. This workshop is introductory, and no experience is necessary.
