Tina owns Going Om and is a 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher with numerous additional yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and mental health trainings. She is a Certified Mastermind Executive Coach, has completed Usui Reiki Level I & II, is currently studying somatic healing, and is expecting to be a Canadian Certified Counsellor in 2025. Tina has been teaching yoga and meditation and facilitating retreats and wellness programs for over 10 years.
