Part of my CALM FOR A CAUSE series, Yoga Release & Restore is designed to help you find your center again...promoting your OWN inner peace, while also raising funds for organizations offering fierce love and support for our COMMUNITY & NEIGHBORS IN NEED right now. (We're supporting Arlington Free Clinic & DC Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid!)
This 75-minute class begins with gentle-ish, all-levels yoga flow and somatic exercises designed to help you LET GO of some of the heaviness, sadness and fear you may be experiencing.
Into the open space we create within, we'll respark our INNER PEACE, closing with long-held restorative yoga poses on comfy props. These help both body and brain find calm and steadiness again.
PROVIDED:
* Yoga mats (or bring your own!)
* Props, including yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters
