Where we will start of with our group introduction , some meditation and cacao by the toasty fire remembering this is November in Scotland we shall embrace the warmth of our fruit teas and our mindful Sunday we are going to spend together in this beautiful outdoor wilderness setting at the beautiful calm space yurt
We shall have some sauna time and some ice water buckets to cool us down and a lovely outdoor woodland fire , this is your space for you to fill up your joy cup
We will have music , meditation , laughter , sauna , food a real outdoor wonderland
