Through diaphragmatic breathing and somatic (body-focused) meditation, you'll understand how breath connects to your nervous system and helps ground you in the present moment.
Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a strong foundation you can build on with step-by-step guidance.
We'll be lying down for most of the session. Please bring a yoga mat and cushion (available for small fee).
