Are you looking for a way to unwind after work, de-stress your body and mind, and sleep better at night?
Calm Body, Quiet Mind – Evening Qi Gong is a gentle movement practice designed for evening relaxation, stress relief, grounding, and overall wellbeing — everyone is welcome.
Qi Gong (often called Taoist Yoga) is an ancient Chinese mind–body practice that uses slow, intentional movement, deep breathing, and focused awareness to support physical, emotional, and mental balance. It’s rooted in centuries of Daoist tradition and recommended for calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and harmonising body and mind.
In each calm, one-hour session, you’ll be guided to:
✨ Release tension from the body and settle the nervous system
✨ Quiet the mind and ease daily stress
✨ Improve circulation, energy flow, and flexibility
✨ Support better sleep and deeper relaxation
✨ Feel more grounded, present, and at ease in your body
✨ Connect with a gentle, supportive community
This class is ideal if you:
🌿 Feel tired or overwhelmed at the end of the day
🌿 Want to ground your body and calm your mind before sleep
🌿 Struggle with stress, anxiety, or restless nights
🌿 Want a gentle holistic practice that nourishes your whole self
🌿 Are curious about Taoist Yoga / Qi Gong and how it works
No prior experience is needed — movements are adaptable, and you can practise standing or seated.
🕠 Time: Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm
📍 Location: Saxton Netball Pavilion- next to the Stadium, on first floor
💰 $15 casual session
