This is a very special weekend yoga day retreat in the beautiful Staffordshire Countryside, designed to give you a little 'you time' to realign your energy for before the hectic Christmas season.
We will greet you with a welcome drink and nibbles.
I will be guiding you through an amazing yoga practice to help step into the Winter energy. Expect a slow flowing yoga practice, with mantra and mudras.
Pam will be creating a festive light lunch for us, so please let us know of any food allergies or intolerance's.
After lunch, with the help of our florist and a little prosecco, we will be making our own wreaths or table centres.
Come and join us for this amazing day. Let us take care of everything, you just bring yourself and your yoga kit.
