Join the Well Women Collective for a restorative evening designed to help you feel more centered and at ease, and connect with kindred spirits who understand the challenges of midlife today.
Led by Dr. Valencia Porter, Integrative M.D., Certified Meditation Teacher, and former Medical Director and Lead Educator at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, this class weaves trusted mind-body techniques with personal warmth and clinical expertise. Discover simple breathing practices and gentle techniques to soothe stress, balance your mood, and quiet racing thoughts as the holiday season ramps up.
After learning calming, take-home strategies, you’ll create a custom essential oil roll-on blend for stress relief, blending scents that comfort, uplift, and help you stay grounded no matter what life brings. Our gathering is more than a class—it’s a safe haven to share laughs, stories, and support with other local women navigating this rich, sometimes complicated phase of life.
Cost: Free class + A $25 materials fee will be collected prior to the class and includes all supplies for one personalized roll-on; extras available for purchase as gifts.
