About this Event
Come immerse yourself in a 90 minute experience of yoga flow and yoga nidra. Yoga flow with consist of dynmic and fluid movement with breathe. Yoga nidra or "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation tequinique that leads to a state of deep relaxation while maintaining consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Bring water, mat and a towel for yoga flow. Bring a blanket, pillow and warm clothes to bundle up in for yoga nidra.
Feast on a brunch buffet, sip a customized ceremonial matcha latte and connect with community after class.
Yoga mats are available upon request.
