Calm & Regulate is a gentle, practical 6-week group designed to help your nervous system slow down, feel safer and respond differently to stress.
There’s no pressure to talk. It’s a calm, supportive space to learn body-based tools that actually help your body settle.
What we’ll explore
- Understanding anxiety through the nervous system
- Simple breathing techniques to reduce overwhelm
- Gentle somatic exercises (no fitness needed)
- Deep rest practices (Yoga Nidra style)
- Sound-based relaxation
- Journalling & reflection
- Building your own calm toolkit
Sessions are paced slowly, allowing regulation to build week by week.

- Adults experiencing anxiety, stress or overwhelm
- People who feel wired, tense, shut down or emotionally drained
- Those wanting practical tools, not just talking
- Neurodivergent & ADHD-friendly

Facilitated by Ceridwen, Mental Health & Maternal Health Advanced Occupational Therapist, using trauma-informed nervous system approaches.
