Art meditation for restless minds, busy hands, and tired souls....
Between caring for everyone else and the endless to-do lists, it’s easy to forget your own need for rest. This evening is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. With guided meditation, soothing tea, and the gentle joy of painting, you’ll step into a space that feels calm, creative, and deeply nourishing. Leave with more than a canvas - a lighter heart, a quieter mind, and a reminder that you deserve this pause.
✨ What to Expect:
- A warm welcome into the beautiful setting of Nest Glasgow, a family wellness centre designed for calm and connection.
- A guided meditation to settle your body and open space for reflection.
- A themed painting session that gently guides you to explore your inner world - using colour and creativity as a way to connect with feelings, insights, and parts of yourself that often get overlooked. No artistic experience needed, all paintings will be unique reflecting your personal feelings and experiences, no pressure to share either!
- Warming teas, coffee, and nourishing snacks to comfort and restore.
- A relaxation track to take home, so you can return to this sense of peace whenever you need it.
