Hello Lovelies!I've put together this very special Monthly Healing Circle to give you the powerful healing experience of this ancient form.
A Monthly Sacred container to drop into your Soul space.
A chance to be present with yourself and reflect on who you are, what you need and how you are showing up in your life.
In our full and fast paced lives, it isn't a luxury to take time out to be present with yourself, it's a necessity, an investment in your health and wellbeing.
Circles are found throughout Nature, the Earth herself is round, our Sun is round, the Seasons are circular. When we as humans come together in circle we are acknowledging our connection with each other and our interconnection with all life.
Women's Circles create a space of safety, trust and connection with other women.
They allow you to practise being vulnerable and authentic.
They allow you to practice holding yourself and allowing yourself to be held.
I have experienced some of my most powerful opening and healing within Women's Circles.
When you start to feel safe and unconditionally accepted by others, you begin accepting yourself. As you begin to open up, meeting all of your parts, including those you have felt scared or uncomfortable to be with, you gradually begin to drop any self judgement or shame. We are all Souls doing our best in this difficult and challenging human journey.
Within the safe container of the circle you can gain perspective on your life and how you are living it, from deep presence with yourself, you are able to hear your intuition and receive valuable insights and wisdom for yourself and others.
Through my connection with Spirit, I will support you in finding your own connection to the magnificence of your own Soul and the vast loving intelligence that surrounds and permeates everything.
I will hold space for you as we move through a series of invitations including Movement and Sounding, Guided Meditation, Oracle Cards, Mindful art, and Group Healing exercises. All designed to bring your awareness into your body, connect you with your heart space and facilitate a gentle opening to Soul.
I am passionate about reviving the ancient ways that our ancestors used to restore wellbeing and keep us connected to our heart , Souls and to the land.
We don't have to do everything alone, we never did. When we lived closely in tribes we healed and supported each other by emphasising connection. The same practises that healed us then, still work today - moving together, sitting in circle together and holding space for each other to be truly seen and heard.
I look forward to meeting you and creating this special space together.
Please bring:
- a warm blanket, cushion and a yoga mat if you have one (I do have some spare ones).
A simple Gluten free, vegetarian lunch is provided.
