Dear Wonderful Vendors,
Join us in celebrating two incredible years of creativity, growth, and floral beauty at our Flower Studio! We’re inviting all vendors to be part of this special milestone as we come together to celebrate our journey. This celebration is the perfect opportunity to showcase your products, connect with fellow local businesses, and enjoy a day filled with flowers, fun, and a festive atmosphere. Don’t miss out on being a part of this exciting event! Let’s make this 2-year anniversary unforgettable. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Vendor Rules:
Vendor Fees & Payments:
- A vendor fee is $45
Table Setup:
- Every vendor is free to bring their own 6ft table.
- If you require a table, please notify us in advance. We’ll provide one for you. (Please note, tables are limited.)
- Setup time: Tables should be set up between 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM. All setups must be completed before the event starts.
Product Offerings:
- Vendors should only sell products that align with the theme of the event, which is focused on floral, artistic, and local handmade items.
- All products sold must be approved in advance. Please provide a list or description of your products upon registration.
Electricity and Power:
- If you require electricity, please notify us in advance to ensure power can be provided.
- Vendors must bring their own power strip or extension cord to connect to the provided power source.
Vendor Conduct:
- Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor throughout the event.
- All vendors are asked to support the celebratory atmosphere by actively engaging with attendees.
Trash & Cleanliness:
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their table area clean and disposing of any waste in the designated trash bins.
- After the event, please leave your space as you found it, ensuring that no trash is left behind.
Cancellation Policy:
- If a vendor needs to cancel, they must notify the event organizers at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations after this time may forfeit the vendor fee.
Communication
- All vendors will receive updates and important information leading up to the event. It is essential to check your email regularly for instructions and reminders.
End of Event:
- Vendors are required to remain in their booths until the event concludes at 3pm. Early teardown is prohibited.
