New 10 week Callanetics block starts Tuesday 19th August at Dalkeith Community Campus. Classes are 19:30-20:15If you want to get stronger, improve your flexibility and have fun at the same time. My Callanetics class might be what you are looking for.
The class will focus on movements to help strengthen your thighs, glutes, upper body, core and pelvic floor muscles. Callanetics works by isolating muscle groups, using tiny precise movements. Callanetics exercises will help to reshape your body while improving strength, flexibility and body alignment.
