Judy O’Leary Thapa, C-IAYT, is a multifaceted wellness professional based in Massachusetts, known for her work as a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and energy healer. She offers a unique blend of practices including yoga therapy, guided meditation, and channeled songs and movement to foster healing and spiritual connection.
One of her notable offerings is her Sunday morning “Call of Love Yoga” series held at the Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick, MA. These sessions combine gentle asana, restorative poses, and channeled songs to help participants reconnect with inner peace and unity.
Judy holds certifications with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Warriors at Ease, and Sivananda yoga. She is also a certified prenatal yoga instructor and a Reiki Master.
