We’re excited to announce our annual Holiday Shopping Spree and Breakfast with Santa at the Flagstaff Elks Lodge, and we need your help to make it a memorable event for all the children involved!Volunteer Opportunities:
1. Gift Wrapping
Dates: December 2, 3, or 5
Time: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Spots Needed: 8 volunteers per night
2. Shopping with Children
Date: December 7
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Spots Needed: 80 volunteers
3. Breakfast with Santa - Setup and Hosting
Date: December 7
Time: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Spots Needed: 6 volunteers
4. Serving and Cleanup
Date: December 7
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Spots Needed: 6 volunteers
How to Sign Up:
Please fill out the form online here (https://www.elks.org/lodges/lodgeForms.cfm?LodgeNumber=499&formID=154) or email Judy the following details to volunteer:
- Name(s) of individual or couple
- Email address
- Phone number
- Which volunteer opportunity you’d like to help with
- Area of town (main cross streets or neighborhood)
- Number of children you’re comfortable shopping with (if signing up for shopping with children)

Your support helps us provide a special holiday experience for up to 120 children from Kindergarten through Middle School, in partnership with Flagstaff Unified counselors and nurses. Let’s spread some holiday cheer together!
