Kick off your evening with the delightful Paul Dolan Rose of Syrah. Dry and crisp, this rosé boasts tropical flavors of lychee, star fruit, and refreshing watermelon, complemented by light floral notes of white tea.
1st Course
Enjoy garlic herb & buttered Escargot paired with the Paul Dolan Sauvignon Blanc to start. Crisp and bright, this wine offers juicy flavors of green apple and starfruit, balanced by hints of lemon peel and chamomile tea.
2nd Course
Savor the sophistication of Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio Salad, accentuated by pickled watermelon radishes and fire-roasted poblano, accompanied by an espresso aioli. Paired with culinary masterpiece with Moniker “Single Vineyard” Chardonnay, boasting aromas of stone fruit and zesty golden apple with subtle notes of lemon and honeysuckle.
3rd Course
