It's been a big year at the California Supreme Court, with important decisions on the power of the State's voters, the constitutionality of Proposition 22 (on rideshare company labor practices), life without parole sentences for juveniles, housing law, and much more. Join the American Constitution Society's Bay Area Lawyer Chapter for a discussion of this year's most important decisions.
