This is one of our favorite competitions. So please come up, crush your set, hang out and come by the gym for a little training.

- Feb 21st (Friday) from 5pm till 7pm (at OKC)
- Feb 22nd (Competition Day) from 9am till 10am.

Record your weight-in, weight-in of your kettlebells and your performance set in one unbroken video. When performing your lift, make sure your body fully fit into the camera screen when in the Top Fixation position.
MASTERS OF SPORT(and above) PAY NO REGISTRATION*
*Masters of Sport, and above: MSIC, HMS
in at least one of three events: 10min Double LONG CYCLE, 10min Double JERK, 10min one hand switch SNATCH
according to Sport Ranking Tables of any existing Kettlebell Sport Organization
will have their registration comped.
REGISTRATION :
Early Bird Registration $50 till November 30th 2024.
Regular Registration $75 till January 31st 2024.
Late Registration $100 till February 16th 2024.

BELL'S WEIGHT
Men : 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg
Women : 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg
* Women - All double bell except Snatch event.

All of the events are open for registration.
However, the lightest weight class that will have less than three participants, will be automatically combined with the next heavier weight class.
