Welcome to the Calgary Workday Regional User Group in April 2025!

Join us for an exciting in-person event at Manulife Place Building, 3rd Floor, 707 5 St SW where Workday enthusiasts gather to share knowledge, best practices, and network with fellow users. Whether you're a seasoned Workday pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their skills and connect with the Workday community.

• As we have a space that can accomodate more users this time, please feel free to bring more than the standard 2 users per organization.
• We are still accepting break-out-session topics along with roundtable questions. You can send these to the RUG Leadership team or post on our Community page.

This April event we have Kainos, a Workday certified partner joining us all the way from Ireland to demo their products with us. Kainos also is sponsoring a Happy Hour between 3:30pm - 6pm at the Garage Sports Bar in downtown Calgary for all those who join us for our meeting. Our Kainos representatives will be in Calgary for approximately two weeks, if you would like to get in contact with them to book an in-person knowledge session please email Scott at [email protected].

Location Details: We will be hosting this meeting at the Manulife Place Building on the 3rd floor at 707 5th Street SW, Calgary. When you arrive at the building go towards the escalators located in front of the building reception desk. From there you can take the elevator to floor 3. Once you are on the third floor, please go left around the corner and you will see the Conference Room area straight ahead.

• This building does provide underground parking, if you park underground you can take the same elevator up to the 3rd floor.
• If you are coming from the +15 you can take the escaltors down to the first floor where they will be right infront of the elevators that will take you to the 3rd floor.
