The AGM is where you can find out more about the Group and where committee roles are either available or up for re-election. Refreshments will be provided.
The committee roles available this year are as follows:
1. Secretary (taking minutes and arranging 4 meetings a year including the AGM).
2. Membership Secretary (Looks after the Calderdale Ramblers Walking Group email account responding to member queries and provides membership numbers to the Committee meetings).
3. Facebook (ensures no spam is added and anyone wishing to post answers the joining questions). Also add details if walks etc if needed.
4. Website (Back-up for Walks Manager if needed to cancel walks etc. Will need to do the training), will also need to manage the website page once created.
