Please join the Equestrian community and the Barony of Calafia for Calafia Equestrian Championship. The theme of the day will be: The Battle of Hastings in 1066. There will be Normans, Saxons, Vikings, and of course horses.Archery and Thrown Weapons championships will be happening as well. Closed-toe shoes are required to participate in Thrown Weapons (and encouraged for Archery).

9am Site Opens
10am Opening Court (at Their Excellencies’ pleasure)
2pm Closing Court
6pm Site Closes
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Cost of the event to attend: FREE
LUNCH: Lunch will be provided for 50 people for just a donation of $7. Lunch will be a sandwich deli bar, soup, chips and cookies.

DIRECTIONS: From freeways 8 East or 52 East: take 67 North, at first traffic light turn right onto Mapleview St, first left at traffic light onto Ashwood St, at stop sign turn right onto Willow Rd, destination will be on your RIGHT (just past baseball field). Park along the fence unless you have a horse trailer.
