11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Welcome & Introductions
This will be time for everyone to arrive, get settled in, and set up. We will have coffee as well. We'd like to generally introduce and group alumni and students of similar studies or fields together at this time.
12:00 pm - 12:45 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Presentations + Panel
There will be two structured presentations, followed by a panel. The panel will be an opportunity for students to ask follow-up questions, as well as prepare questions that were not addressed during the presentations. If any of you are willing to join the presenters on the panel, please let us know. We're hoping to get various perspectives on application, internship, and interview experiences.
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Networking
Students will get an opportunity to talk directly to alumni in the fields they'd like to pursue or the experiences they'd like to know more about. They will be bringing their resumes and cover letters, so will be seeking review or advice from those of you who are able to offer it.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm: Wrap-up & Closing Remarks
All fields are welcome. Non-alumni spouses and children are very welcome! Let us know if we need to provide babysitting.

Location and Parking Info:
Here is an interactive map of the campus. As of right now, we plan for the event to take place in building 65, the Julian A. McPhee University Union in room 220 on the second floor. The best parking lot will be the A-1 lot (admin), and since the event is on a Saturday, you will be free to park as a sponsored guest and in metered spots with no penalty. Alternatively, you can park in the G-S lot (the PAC) in any staff or metered spot without penalty, as parking is free on weekends.
