Cal Poly Alumni — San Jose Community Founders Day Celebration

The Cal Poly Alumni — San Jose Community invites you to an elegant evening celebrating Cal Poly’s founding from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 6, at Testarossa Winery (300 College Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030).

Cal Poly’s story began March 8, 1901, when Gov. Henry Gage signed legislation creating the university after a successful grassroots effort led by journalist Myron Angel and local supporters.

This Founders Day, we’re celebrating 125 years of Learn by Doing and Mustang pride. Come mingle with alumni and friends, show off your green and gold, and enjoy remarks from members of the Cal Poly Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Tickets are $30 and include a curated selection of five seasonal wines, cheese and charcuterie platters and a limited-edition Founders Day gift. This event is open to Cal Poly alumni and supporters ages 21 and over.

Space is limited. Registration closes on Thursday, March 5 at noon or when sold out.
