Join Sandy for a transformational journey through the subtle energy body in this unique and powerful Cakra Balancing workshop.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute introduction to the energetic blueprint of the seven cakras—exploring their associated elements, sounds, colours, and the ways they influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual lives.
The second half of the workshop features a dynamic and meditative practice incorporating āsana, mantra chanting, visualisation, and affirmation. Using the cakras as a lens, we’ll deepen our understanding of Self and our connection to the world around us.
This offering is a rare opportunity: taught in the Jivamukti Yoga tradition, Sandy shares this practice as a direct transmission from their long-time teacher, Sharon Gannon. Sandy is one of the only certified teachers in Australia authorised to offer this exact sequence.
