CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Everyone will get a set of two cakes. Two flavors given.Flavors:- Lavender Cake • Lemon Curd • Vanilla Bean Buttercream- Chocolate Rosemary Cake • Blackberry Jam • Rosemary ButtercreamAll of the tools, pressed flowers, dried flowers, fresh flowers, edible glitter, baked cakes, piping bags, piping bag tips, food coloring, and frosting will be provided by me. You only need to bring yourself :) During the class I will teach the students how to pipe/scoop the frosting on, how to decorate them with the flowers chosen, different decoration methods used. Boxes and bags will be provided.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
We are a mother/daughter duo who specialize in floral cakes and cookies. We grow many of our flowers as well as shop locally for our organic flowers and ingredients in the surrounding DC, Maryland, Virginia area.
