Cakelett Decorating w/L&N Cake

This is a comprehensive class on how to make L&N Cake signature Cakelett Cakes.
Everyone will get a set of two cakes. Two flavors can be chosen.

- Chocolate Espresso Cake • Hazelnut Praline Buttercream Filling • Espresso Buttercream
All of the tools, pressed flowers, dried flowers, fresh flowers, floral sugars, edible glitter, baked cakes, dowels, piping bags, piping bag tips, food coloring, and frosting will be provided by me. You only need to bring yourself :)
During the class I will teach the students how to stack the cakes with dowels, pipe/scoop the frosting on, how to decorate them with the flowers chosen, different decoration methods used, and as a fun informative bonus how to make floral sugars.
Boxes and bags will be provided.

We are a mother/daughter duo who specialize in floral cakes and cookies. We grow many of our flowers as well as shop locally for our organic flowers and ingredients in the surrounding DC, Maryland, Virginia area.
