Calling all cake lovers!!! Inglewood on Beaufort is hosting a 🍰 CAKE PICNIC!! 🍰
Join us for an afternoon of cake, cake, and more cake!
🍰 What is a Cake Picnic? 🍰
Basically, it’s an excuse to eat cake... bake one cake, try many!
🍰 How to Cake Picnic 🍰
Step 1: Bake (or buy) a cake - just make sure it's something you'd be proud to share.
No cake, no entry - each individual person who brings a cake will receive a plate and be permitted to take slices of cake during step 4. You are welcome to share those slices with your partner, friend, family... or keep for yourself... you deserve it!
Step 2: Register your cake with us (on the day) and give it a label - we'll find a space on the tables for it.
Step 3: Admire the cakes! We'll walkthrough and have a look at all the beautiful cakes everyone has created (this step is also known as the 'make a game plan' step).
Step 4: Start the timer! You'll have 5 minutes to take a slice from as many cakes as you want, or can.
Step 5: Picnic time! Soak in the sun and enjoy tasting all your different slices of cake.
You don't have to stick around for the picnic, if you're more of a 'get in, take cake, get out and eat it alone at home' kind of person, that's fine too! All we want is to enable you to eat as much cake as your heart desires, no matter what that looks like for you!
This is a FREE event but registration is required for those bringing cake (no need to register individuals who will just be picnic'n with you).
