PARTIALLY HANDS ON EVENT.
Your Chef: Sue Arosha Liny
In this class, you will learn to decorate 2 types of cakes:
1) Tree layered lemon flavoured cake with a passionfruit curd filling and lemon buttercream frosting. Each student will get a mini layer cake each that is not frosted, that you can fill it, frost it and decorate it in class.
The Chef will show you how to make the cake batter, how to bake, how to make passionfruit curd, tricks and tips to make the perfect curd and lastly to frost it and decorate the cake.
2) Brown butter carrot cake frosted with a brown butter cream cheese frosting and decorated with little carrots frosted on the cupcake. Each student will get a cupcake to decorate.
The Chef will show you how to make brown butter, brown butter carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. Lastly, pipe little carrots on the cupcake.
Please bring a box to take the cupcake and cake home!
A charcuterie plate will be offered at the start of the class for your enjoyment!

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
