Join me as I walk you through how to create one of our classic cakes! This class is geared towards beginners. We will be working on leveling, crumb coating, filling and icing our cakes, along with some simple piping techniques. At the end of the class each participant will take home their cake masterpiece! There will be three designs to choose from, with step-by-step instructions. Participants are encouraged to bring any additional items they’d like to use to decorate their cakes (ie, flowers, macarons, special sprinkles, etc).
