About this Event
Are you ready to decorate cakes like the pros? Join Columbus State graduate, and baker Chef Tommy Tucker as he guides you through how to make the perfect American buttercream frosting, and then decorate a layer cake from crumb coat to decorative piping. Chef Tucker will demonstrate a variety of piping methods you can practice on your cake. Each participant takes home their own completed layer cake.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- If you need to cancel your class booking, you can do so up to 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or class credit.
- Classes are limited to 16 students
- Please contact us if you have a food allergy, changes to recipes cannot be made on the day of class.
- Priced Per guest. Ages 14 and up (Paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.)
