On April 6, 2025, Buffalo’s first-ever will bring together 75 cake enthusiasts for an afternoon of homemade treats and community at .
The concept is simple: the only cost of entry is a scratch-made cake. Participants will trade slices, meet fellow bakers, and enjoy their sweet haul at the venue—or take it home. A cash bar will be available, featuring cocktails and mocktails, including selections from .
Cake Club is an extension of monthly cookbook club and a celebration of baking in good company. It also raises awareness about , an organization that matches volunteer bakers with opportunities to bake birthday and graduation cakes for children in foster care and youth overcoming adversity. The Buffalo chapter welcomes donations and new bakers looking to make a difference.

How It Works
Please read this entire section very thoroughly.
COST: The only entry fee for Cake Club is a cake you baked.
Every cake counts! No matter how skilled a baker you are, you’re a welcome member of Cake Club. Savory or sweet, layer or sheet, vegan or bacon-smothered, cakes of all shapes and sizes are embraced. Upon arrival, participants will submit their cake.
REGISTRATION: Your registration includes a completing a form with your cake name, description, and ingredients ahead of the event so we can create appropriate signage.
If you don't know what you'll be baking yet, please returnto your Eventbrite registration (look for it in your email) to complete that part of your registration before April 1!

DETAILS: No outside food or drink is permitted (except your entry cake). Cake Club is a 21+ event. Tickets cannot be purchased. Registration and a made-from-scratch cake are required for entry. We are sorry, but no plus-ones or children are permitted.
