In this fun hands on class our pastry chef will reveal her secrets for baking thee most light and airy cakes. This is a fundamentals class, appropriate for anyone interested in baking. You will learn about the best tools professionals use when baking and decorating cakes. You’ll also learn the art of leveling, applying a crumb coat, frosting, and decorating. We will practice piping frosting in different designs, including roses and borders. Each guest will bake a two layer 6″ cake, but during class, you will learn to decorate using pre-made cake layers which have been thoroughly cooled and ready to be frosted. Everyone will decorate and take home their very own cake along with the two cake layers they bake in class.Menu:
