This is not your typical cake class. It’s a hands-on experience designed to inspire creativity, build confidence, and teach you modern cake decorating techniques that are in demand. Each workshop is designed for a small group of 20 people, maximising support.

🎨 Workshop 1: 2D Chibi Cat Buttercream Painting, 29 October, 9:45 am – 2:00 pm
- Learn to turn your cake into a canvas with professional buttercream painting techniques. Create an adorable Chibi Cat design using palette knives and blending tools, ideal for beginners and intermediate decorators.
🎨 Workshop 2: Non-Dairy Cream Flower Basket Cake, 30 October, 9:45 am - 2:30 pm
- Master the art of floral piping using non-dairy cream. From delicate roses to blooming peonies, you'll craft a vibrant basket cake full of life and texture, perfect for vegan and allergy-conscious customers.
🎨 Workshop 3: 3D Chibi Dragon Cake Decoration, 31 October, 9:45 am – 2:30 pm
- Take your skills to the next level with a 3D sculpted cake, no fondant required! Build a standing Chibi dragon using only buttercream, structural elements, and clever carving techniques. A fantastic showcase piece for portfolios or business promotion.

- Ngoc Dieu Do brings over 23 years of experience to the table. She’s recognised for her breath-taking cream flowers, creative sculpted cakes, and innovative approach to non-dairy buttercream.
