This event was such a big hit that we are doing it again this year! We had over 250 folks walk through the door not including vendors! Let's see if we can top that.
General Guidelines
Any purchases made are private transactions between Buyer and Seller.
CAFE is not responsible for the quality or condition of any goods or livestock purchased at the swap meet.
CAFE is NOT responsible for any accidents.
CAFE is NOT responsible for any mis-representation of fish or dry goods.
No Native Ohio Aquatic species are allowed for sale unless you have a permit
Seller Guidelines
***Members now receive one free swap table***
Please note you must be a member in good standing with either an individual or family membership. You must still register for your free table. Table numbers are limited and are first come, first serve. Memberships are $15/year or $20/family.
Sellers must rent table space from CAFE if they wish to sell.
Tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Sellers are welcome to sell fish, plants, invertebrates, live foods/cultures, and dry goods. All offerings must be legal for sale in the state of Ohio and aquatic in nature.
Please have all fish, plants, invertebrates, and live food/cultures bagged, bucketed, or contained appropriately (double bagged).
No more than two people are allowed to sell at any table.
Sellers can use the table as well as the space below the table for goods and livestock.
Table space is only guaranteed when you have paid the registration fee.
Tables are 8′ x 2.5′ and are $20 each for members and $30 each for nonmembers
Set up time for sellers will be 9am
Buyer Guidelines

Nonmember prices are $5/person, kids 12 and under are free
Be prepared to purchase goods through many different methods such as cash, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc.
