Cafe Conversations are starting on 1st March 2024 and then every month on the first Friday at The Daily Dose Cafe in La Perouse from 4pm - 5pm.....as long as people attend.....and YES its FREE but you do need to register so I know there will be people coming along.
These gatherings will loosely follow a theme for the conversation allowing people to build friendships, connect and gain insight and tools to help with a variety of topics such as anxiety, overwhelm, pain, sleep, healthy boundaries, raising children, grief and more.
This is your chance to meet Zoe and other like-minded men and women and learn a few things.
