CAF pre reqs workshops.Not familiar with all the pre requisites for the 2025 Calgary Acro Festival pre fest or just looking to improve you skills to get even more out of the festival? Join Solana and Elliot for 2 x 4 hour workshops on March 1st & 8th.
The first weekend will be covering Icarian and the 2nd will be covering standing.

Icarian skilled to be covered:
-Bird to throne
-Throne to bird
-Bird to Rev throne
-Throne to bed

Standing skills to be covered:
-High bird
-5 squats in 2 high
-Ability to walk 2 high

stable in foundational acro posses like bird and throne.
Standing workshop pre reqs:
30 second plank
