January can be loud with expectations. This space is a softer place to land.
CAFé CON FLOW is an intimate, beginner-friendly yoga experience centered on mindful movement, music and community; con un poco de sazon, bateria, y reggaeton.
Rather than pushing or "starting over", we'll move with intention - listening to the body and honoring what feels supportive right now.
What to expect:
- A 45min inclusive, all-levels yoga flow and sound bath
- A curated playlist with feel good energy and latin beats
- Guided intention setting
- Gentle touch during Savasana provided by Milly @alittletimeforyou
- A small take-home offering
Beverages will be available for purchase before or after class.
