Friday Evening Sound Bath – Caerphilly MinersFriday 9th January | 7:00–8:00pm
This is a calm, immersive sound bath designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and properly close the week.
Using a combination of gongs, singing bowls, and gentle sound, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state — no effort required, no experience needed.
This is time to:
Let go of stress and mental noise
Drop out of fight-or-flight
Rest your body and mind
Leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded
Suitable for beginners.
Ages 12+.
Please bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket
A pillow (optional, but recommended)
Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
