Don't miss this exclusive opportunity to learn from Blossom Crawford, owner and director of Bridge Pilates in Brooklyn, New York. Amongst many highlights in her Pilates teaching career of three decades, Blossom has worked alongside her mentor and Pilates Elder Kathleen Stanford Grant for 17 years, was privately trained by Pilates Elder Romana Kryzanoyska and is also currently a faculty member at Mark Morris Dance Center in US.
In this exciting workshop, Blossom will explore the classical Cadillac repertoire along with simple and effective twists created by Kathy Grant, venerated Pilates Elder who was one of only two people to personally receive her Pilates teaching certification from Joseph Pilates himself.
The Cadillac being one of Blossom's favourite pilates apparatus, she will also introduce some of her own concepts and exercises based on the traditional repertoire. You will have a dynamic and playful pilates learning experience that combines old and new exercises on the largest piece of pilates apparatus that is well-loved for its versatility making it functional and accessible for all bodies.
