Sun-Drenched in Watercolor
Saturday, Jun 21st 12pm - 3pm
$55 or $70 with all supplies including an 11x14 mat for your finished painting
You’ll create a painting of cacti basking in the desert sun, with their deep green body exploding with vivid flowers in your choice of colors. You will paint shadows, rough textures, and softly glazed petals to make your painting feel as if it is coming alive with the delicate flowers. We will apply several different watercolor techniques such as wet-into-wet, glazing, charging, and adding salt and splatter. A reference drawing will be provided, so no drawing skills are required.
Spend a fun day learning how to capture the world in watercolors as you paint your very own piece. In each class you will finish one painting of the given subject, all levels are welcome and lots of personal coaching will be provided. NO DRAWING SKILLS NEEDED! Drawings for All Subjects provided in Class.
