Welcoming summer and high vibrations on the first Sunday of June! You are invited to explore your movement and your expression - all age groups are welcome to a 4-hour long conscious clubbing concept in Trondheim, with live music performances, live DJs and live VISUALS (VJ), where our fuel for the ECSTATIC DANCE is a delicious and energizing cup of peruvian ceremonial CACAO! An alternative for clubbing and night life in Trondheim - for those that love to dance but also to wake up and feel fresh the day after! * We will start the journey with drinking this special cacao brew togheter, while relaxing our bodies and deepening our breaths to a live music performance - SOUND BATH - played by Flowra. This cacao is not the type of cacao that you are used to! This is a pure ceremonial grade, organic and raw cacao straight from Peru, which is prepared in a specific way. In this form it is used as a healing plant in Peru, and has therefore different health beneficial qualities, as well as energizing and heart opening qualities.
* Then our DJ Hi-Lo will start warming up the floor, and you all will be invited to explore the floor with your movements. The Ecstatic Dance will set the dance floor on fire where all your expressions will be welcomed - we want to see you flow and glow! Later on you will be invited to co-create the music together, by using the many instruments laying around in the room - you are also welcome to bring your own instruments.
* Flowra will sing to the DJ set and David Jonathan will play the alto sax live!
* Finally, will arrive into deep relaxation in a live sound bath played live by Flowra.
