POSTPONED--CACE 21 has decided to postpone the October 12th Black Homeowner Dinner. We will instead host a Game Night on November 9th from 4-8pm.
Hello, you're cordially invited to attend CACE21's November 2024 Black Homeowner Game Night. The game night is a great chance for us to let off some steam as a community post-election season and connect with Black homeowners! The games will help us learn about ways to support existing Black Homeownership. We are inviting Black community members to join us Saturday, November 9th for our Black Homeowner Game Night at 4-8pm at Byrd Barr Place (722 18th Ave Seattle). Light snacks and drinks will be served and we plan to start our event with another round of Black Jeopardy, so plan to arrive early! To learn more about CACE21 please visit www.wanawari.org/CACE21 .
The event will be hosted at Byrd Barr Place (formerly CAMP Firehouse). The Byrd Barr Place building was recently renovated. Those of you who spent time at CAMP over the years will be excited to see what they have done and how it can continue to serve our community. Byrd Barr Place is now under the leadership of Executive Director Dr. Angela Griffin , who is thrilled to meet community members and share more about what is happening with the organization.
