The Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce (CACC) formally invite you to attend a private boardroom briefing to discuss "Government at the Speed of Digital".

Join us for a private boardroom discussion led by OpenText and SAP, with international guest speaker from OpenText, former Assistant Secretary for Administration at the U.S. Departments of Transportation and Housing and Urban Development, with guest of honour, His Excellency Mr. Mark Glauser, High Commissioner of Canada to Australia.

With COVID-19 forcing public sector organisations to pivot to a 100% virtual environment over the last two years, the digital government gap became exposed. Those organisations who were fully modernised were able to adapt and accommodate the needs of citizens who needed more public services, more urgently, than ever before. Other institutions learned the hard way just how unprepared they were for this transformation, and their mission delivery suffered profoundly. We will be discussing the leaders and the laggards in government digital service delivery, with a look into considerations including budget pressures, cyber security, the cloud, AI/ML, automation, incumbent technology applications, content management, data accessibility, citizen experience, employee empowerment, talent shortages, and privacy. This session will present and facilitate a public sector community discussion that helps build knowledge, understanding and shared relationships between similar functions across departments and country borders.

Please RSVP, as space is limited.

NOTE: THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT. If you would like to learn how to participate in CACC events please email: [email protected]
