Mexican Cacao Workshop
Discover the ancestral journey of Mexican cacao from bean to paste in this one-hour, hands-on workshop. We will roast, peel, and grind cacao with metate and molino de mano, explore its cultural roots, and prepare a traditional paste for you to take home.
