Be part of our cacao workshops and discover a path that nourishes your mind, body, and purpose.Mexican Cacao WorkshopDiscover the ancestral journey of Mexican cacao from bean to paste in this one-hour, hands-on workshop. We will roast, peel, and grind cacao with metate and molino de mano, explore its cultural roots, and prepare a traditional paste for you to take home.
Learn why cacao was cherished in ancient Mexico and how it supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and heart health. Taste, connect, and experience cacao as wellness, history, and tradition in one moment.
